If after 28 days starting from the day after the order was received, you changed your mind, you can return the product without giving a reason either by returning the goods in original packaging and in a re-salable condition, or by providing notice to us in writing (letter, e-mail or fax).

Returns & Refunds:

In order to meet the refund deadline, returns must arrive or notice must be provided in time to the address that we will provide you.

The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the item.  However, we can send our courier to pick up the item.  We will give you an estimate of our courier cost, and if you agree we will pick up the item at your premsies.  We will deduct this return cost from your refund. Refunds will be given on receipt of the returned item. 

A full refund is only given to you if the item is in an undamaged and unused condition. Items must be returned in original packaging and in a re-salable condition. We reserve the right to decrease the value of refund in case of damaged and used returns.

Exceptions: We do not accept the return of music and video products, where the seal has been broken (copy protection). Hygiene products that has been opened or worn are not acceptable for returns. The goods must be returned in original packaging and in a re-salable condition. Please note that user manuals or guarantee documents must be included in the return.

Reduction of Refund Value: If the item is returned in a damaged or used condition, we reserve the right to deduct a permissible amount of money
